Refund Request Procedure

We’re sorry you’re considering returning the product you purchased from Horse Training Resources.

We have hundreds of satisfied cutomers and are always concerned when someone isn’t satisfied for any reason.

To request a return authorization, please fill out the form below.  It is especially important to us for you to tell us why you want to return the item.  Please be as specific as possible so that we might be able to improve our products and services. 

Please Note:
Our refund policy includes the following stipulations:

  1. You are responsible for any return postage.
  2. Refunds will be credited only after the item is received by us.
  3. Your refund amount will be for the purchase amount less shipping charges on the order (for products shipped to you).
  4. If the item was a digital download (PDF or MP3) you are required to delete them on any and every computer, backup device, MP3 player, etc. you may have copied them to and destroy any of copies you may have printed.

We refund the original purchase amount
less postage paid.
