You'll hear that greeting on the phone answering machine.

Additional Notes:

• If we don't answer, please leave all the information on our voicemail.  We'll check it frequently.
  
  
• Be sure to leave your phone number and email address so we can get in touch with you if we have questions or issues with the order.  In most cases we will send an email to confirm the order when it is placed.
  
  
• Remember, for the printed books and DVDs there is an additional shipping charge added to the product cost.
  
  
• If you are placing an order for downloadable eBooks or MP3 files, we'll send the download information as soon as we process your credit card.
