How This Book Came About…

Years ago I noticed that I kept getting lots of questions about what folks needed to know before they went out and bought a horse. I assure you, you want to AVOID getting the wrong horse – especially one that is high-maintenance, high-strung or that needs a vet a lot. Vet bills can easily run into the hundreds or thousands for problems you might not be able to foresee and/or detect.

Selecting a horse is NOT something to take lightly. If you select the wrong horse you’ll pay dearly in many ways.
